Job Description/Responsibilities

Global E-Business & Digital Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Sazerac E-Business & Digital activities across Online Retail and DTC/.com platforms to enhance the online presence, improve user experience, and drive business growth through data insights. Plus, active role building Marketing/Media Mix models and Personalized Customers Journeys leveraging 1P data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Global DTC/.com data analysis, optimization and reporting: analyze traffic, campaign’s performance, full-funnel user behavior, and conversion data. Generate detailed reports on digital marketing/media performance, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition and retention costs. Provide actionable insights to improve strategies, revenue and the online shopping experience. Collaborate with DTC team to implement A/B tests, personalization and other optimization experiments.
  • Global Online Retail data analysis, optimization and reporting: in partnership with local sales team, analyze retail sales performance across all markets and business models (marketplaces, pureplayers, omnichannel, last mile, etc.) and track ROI of our COOP/MDF investments with Retailers. Provide actionable insights to improve strategies, revenue and the online shopping experience. Work with E-Merchandising & Digital Shelf team on E-Monitoring activities.
  • Marketing/Media Mix Models & Personalized Customer Journeys: in partnership with DTC, Media and IT teams, work on qualified audience building and personalized customer journeys leveraging 1P data and technology. Help teams to develop effective data strategy, customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve marketing and media efficiency, customer acquisition, experiences and retention.
  • Database & Data Management: support IT with the management of databases, first-party data, and APIs to ensure data integrity and accessibility, and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring the availability of high-quality data for analysis. Implement best practices for data governance and compliance.

Key Measurements:

  • Creation of Global Dashboards and comprehensive reporting across DTC/.com and Online Retail.
  • Contribution to build Marketing/Media Mix Models and Personalized Customer Journeys.
  • Specific success metrics (KPIs) related to data analysis and actionable insights to adjust strategy and implement optimizations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness with E-Business & Digital team, IT, brand, media, sales and external agencies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, e-commerce or related role.
  • Demonstrable expertise creating Retail Sales dashboards to track online revenue, ROI of investments and performance.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,….), E-Commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, WordPress,….), and Digital Marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta,….). Plus, excellent knowledge of SEO optimization, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Proven track record supporting Brand, Media and DTC teams building Marketing Mix models, qualified audiences and personalized customer journeys leveraging 1P data and technology. Previous experience with Adobe Ecosystem (AEM, CDP, AJO) or other major solution (i.e., Salesforce) is mandatory.
  • Expertise with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing and personalization techniques.
  • Strong skills managing internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, especially wiring with BI, IT, DTC/.com, Online Retail, Sales and Brand Teams.
  • Exceptional project and time management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and highest standards of quality delivering business reports and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
