Job Description/Responsibilities

The EU Brand Manager for Shooters is responsible for executing effective brand building strategies for the priority BCSP brands within the Shooter portfolio, aimed at meeting or exceeding annual AOP and KPIs.  This position collaborates closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, agencies, and trade partners to achieve key objectives. Additionally, the EU Brand Manager for Shooters is responsible for fulfilling personal development goals. Effective workflow management, BCSP implementation, and adherence to PDS/CDS are also critical priorities for this role.

 

Market research

  • Conduct consumers/shoppers research and competitive audits to identify brand frictions and path to purchase
  • Identify brand/country consumer insights for each prio brands
  • Establish pre/post analysis to measure effectiveness of each initiative and dollar spent

Brand strategy support  

  • Contribute to the 3-5 year plan to reach BCPS targets for prio brands/markets
  • Support big bets and marketing building blocks to deliver yearly AOP targets for each prio brand/market
  • Assess if global targeting/positioning is fit for EU consumers; work with global teams to adjust global strategy if needed

Brand building

  • Brief Shop for the localization and amplification of all necessary paid and earned communication toolboxes (including creatives, media, PR, social, etc)
  • Establish, amplify and protect brand assets across markets, campaigns and activations
  • Articulate CMS for all campaigns and programs
  • Execute trade marketing programs, tools, activations within guidelines from Shopper COE
  • Support regional NBD process and regulatory compliance across markets
  • Align BTL programming with Sales and brief Shopper accordingly for all necessary trade marketing tools
  • Support commercial teams with necessary tools and resources to sell in AOP plans

P&L management

  • Review yearly brand AMP
  • Raise all necessary POs and accruals
  • Process and track all invoices

Cross functional collaboration

  • Work with Global Brand teams to align local strategies, allocations, brand building platforms
  • Liase with commercial team regarding brand plans, AMP allocations, big bets for each prio market as part of the yearly budgeting process
  • Liase with Shopper team to harmonize and prioritize programming needs across KAs, channels and markets
  • Liase with R&D and Supply chain to fulfill NBD process dates & gates

Performance tracking and reporting

  • Execute the monthly S&OP process reporting
  • Contribute to the monthly alignment meetings with Global Brand teams and EU commercial teams
  • Own monitoring the monthly brand KPIs reporting to meet AOP targets

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • 5 years Business experience, at least

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-10 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
  • 3 years implementation or project management experience.
  • 3 years Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
