Job Description/Responsibilities

Play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision making across Sazerac’s global supply chain. Focusing on building scalable analytics tools, enhancing operational visibility, and standardizing performance reporting to improve efficiency, service, and cost outcomes. A core mandate of the Supply Chain Analytics function is to unlock savings and productivity by developing time saving tools, automating manual processes, and enhancing/developing the organization’s suite of dashboards and decision support tools.

 

This role operates within the Global Business Analytics function and plays a key role in shaping scalable, standardized analytics capabilities for Operations globally. This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of these capabilities while partnering closely with stakeholders across Planning, Logistics, Inventory, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Finance.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics tools to monitor operational performance and KPIs.
  • Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks using modern BI platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock cost savings and productivity through automation and analytics.
  • Standardize and improve existing dashboards, reports, and operational data products.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses across logistics, inventory, service levels, and planning performance.
  • Support scenario modeling, forecasting inputs, and operational decision support.
  • Improve accessibility and usability of supply chain data across enterprise systems.
  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and contribute to analytics standards and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Operations leadership, translating complex operational challenges into data-driven insights and actions

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical, pattern recognition & problem-solving skills with a focus on operational data.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric (data modeling, visualization, DAX).
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with enterprise data environments.
  • Experience with data warehousing and/or data lake architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supporting supply chain or operations functions.
  • Working with ERP and legacy operational systems (Oracle/AS400)
  • Exposure/skill in Python, Databricks, or similar tools.
  • Experience in the alcohol beverage or CPG industry.
  • Exposure to self-service BI and data standardization initiatives.
