The Global Supply Chain Planner is responsible for purchasing finished goods across multiple global suppliers and regions for distribution to global warehouse networks. This role develops and executes a comprehensive global supply plan that ensures service excellence, maintains company fill rate and inventory standards, and optimizes cost and working capital.
The Planner leverages company supply planning systems and TMS tools to create dynamic supply plans responsive to production constraints and freight variability. This role provides both near-term executable plans and annual supply forecasts to internal and external stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–10 years of relevant supply chain or planning experience
Experience with manufacturing or planning systems (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, TMS)
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve processes
Preferred Qualifications
APICS certification or Six Sigma certification
Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG industry
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP platforms
MBA
Experience integrating systems in complex planning environments
