  • Identify and leverage regulatory and excise/tax optimization opportunities to support cost efficiencies and competitive advantage.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to simplify product portfolios (SKU rationalization) while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and interpret evolving global regulatory frameworks (including EU and country-specific requirements) and translate insights into actionable business guidance.
  • Build and standardize scalable compliance tools, templates, and processes to support consistent global execution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with regulatory authorities and external advisors, ensuring strong external relationships and alignment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry (alcohol/beverage, CPG, food & beverage, or related sector).
  • Hands-on experience with product labeling, formula compliance, and regulatory submissions across multiple international markets.
  • Experience navigating cross-border regulatory requirements and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Ability to operate with ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
